After we receive your contact request, we will touch base with the client and review their mortgage finance options. As you fill in the contact form, you can let the customer know that:

• We are licensed mortgage brokers
• We can access the majority of mortgage lenders/banks in Canada (multiple choices, we shop)
• There is no cost to the client to use a mortgage broker (commission paid by lender)
• We will ask the client to share some basic mortgage and financial details, and if they are comfortable with that, it will take about 10 minutes to determine their mortgage options (no application, no credit report pull required, just a friendly talk)
  
• Ideally, the customer will have their last mortgage statement (if applicable) on hand before we call.
