3 Sessions this Summer 2016 in Cochrane AB - You're Invited!

Join Chris Richards, licensed mortgage broker with Quantus Mortgage Solutions in Cochrane, for an informal and interactive one hour Question and Answer session on anything about mortgages. Hosted in the upstairs community resource room at Cochrane Toyota, Chris will have different topics on each night, and be available to answer your questions.  Start time is 6:15pm, and each session is a Thursday evening.

• Session 1 (July 21, 2016): Can You Get a Mortgage? Learn what it takes to qualify to buy your first Home, of interest to all first time home buyers, or anyone needing a refresher. We talk about down payment, credit, and income requirements including self-employment. [GREAT SESSION, THANKS TO ALL THAT SHOWED UP!]
• Session 2 (August 18, 2016) is about Understanding Your Credit Report and Credit Score. Learn what lenders are looking at when they consider giving you a loan or mortgage. Learn how to fix mistakes.
• Session 3 (Sept 22, 2016) is for existing home owners, entitled Borrowing on Home Equity. Whether for debt consolidation or financing your kids in university, learn the mortgage lending landscape. A debt consolidation example will be illustrated.

Attendance is free and open to all, whether you are a consumer or a real estate industry professional.  No need to register for the event, just show up.  However, you are welcome to bring a Food Bank item. Please use the Contact menu above if you want to reach me.
