Remember, there is no such thing as a Canadian housing market - it is always a local market influenced by local conditions.  And most important of all - understand that conditions can change fast, good or bad. Reports are forward looking (estimates only).  Here's a list to get you started.

1. CMHC Housing Market Outlook Highligt Reports  - published annually in December for all regions in Canada
2. RBC Economics Housing Market Forecast - published quarterly for all regions in Canada
3. CMHC Housing Forecast and Analysis - objective national, regional and local analysis and forecasts for housing, rental and renovation activity, economic factors and demographic trends.
4. CMHC Housing Outlook for Major Canadian Cities - anticipate emerging trends in Canada's new home, resale and rental housing markets
